Just came back from Tulum and wanted to share the good stuff.
We stayed at the Sanara hotel, it’s an eco-chic boutique hotel .A lot of white linen, wood and huge dream catchers on the walls. Simply dreamy!
The hotel’s restaurant, the Coconut bar serves all day a very healthy menu and the best smoothies that you ll never have. The best part of this hotel is the Yoga classes everyday with the view on the beach.
What I loved in Tulum is all the good restaurants offering all different foods. Here is a list of the best ones:
Posada Margarita, a great italian and the atmosphere is a lot of fun.
Hartwood, ‘The’ restaurant with a huge waiting list.
Casa Malca , great for drinks.
La Zebra for the best Mojitos and good mexican food.
If you are going to Tulum you should visit the ruins. We did a day trip , took a car to Coba, an archeologic site where you can visit the Mayans temple. The best is to rent a bike there for $3.
Once that ‘s done , there is few differents cenotes to look at in the area. We choose to do Multum Ha, which is the quiet one. That was such an amazing experience. You start going down into the cave to find an amazing water, so fresh and crisp. Jump in!
